Paul and his team did an outstanding job. They replaced all the windows including all window moldings, some roofing, siding, & drywalling. Workmanship was outstanding. They did all this work while I was working from home. They were very careful with our wooden floors using drop cloths, etc. They cleaned up every day as well. Excellent communication throughout the project so there were no surprises. We couldn't have been happier with the work they did & plan to use them with a future remodeling job. Based on the earlier work that Paul did replacing windows we did a major remodel of our home - completed in 2024. We remodeled the kitchen, two bathrooms, bedroom, downstairs living room, family room, etc. All the work Paul & his team did with our windows prompted us to reach out to Welhouse Construction Services, LLC again for our remodel. What we didn't realize with the initial job we did with Paul was that the same care and professionalism that Paul exercised with his team he also did with his subs. Surprises were minimal due to all the pre-work that Paul did. When there were things that came up - Paul would always prioritize what the customer wants. Paul would also meet on the weekends when required due to schedules, etc. First Class all the way. A major remodel is complex and not fast or easy however working with Paul made the process as easy as it could be. Now that it is finished - we are absolutely thrilled.

We had a very difficult home repair project due to long-term water damage that occurred unseen over several years. The affected area involved both the exterior and interior of the house. The Welhouse crew was professional throughout, and did an amazing job with the exterior masonry and mortar color so that you would never know the project had even happened. They consistently left the workspace clean, were polite, and overall a great group to work with. Highly recommended.
